The "Aloha Suite" is the name we have given our guest room attached to the south end of our garage. It is a separate building near our home and shop buildings. The room's decor is tropical, with, we hope, the spirit of "aloha" present.
We built the Tiny Guest House for friends and family and love sharing the space with people traveling to Bellingham. The studio is within walking distance of both WWU (1.0 mile) and downtown (0.8 miles). The Guest House is quite small (200sf), it has a queen bed in the loft and a full sized futon on the main floor. And no kitchen.
Wander is a memorable, renovated, original 1969 A-frame cabin tucked away on a 1/3 acre of land filled with old-growth trees located 30 minutes from the edge of the Mt. Baker National Forest. The property backs up onto public land that connects to the wild Columbia Basin. Wander is a cozy getaway for couples, with a queen bed tucked into the upper story. For groups, there are two snug twin beds and a comfy full-sized sofa bed. Wander sleeps 4 comfortably with an expansive deck for tents.
