The maisonette is located in the center of Smila Village just 5 kms outside of the historical place of Ancient Olympia. On the ground floor there is a big and comfortable kitchen and living room, two bedrooms with double beds and balconies with a wonderful view of green fields and the first bathroom. Moreover on the upper floor there are two more bedrooms with two single beds each and independed balconies facing the center of the Village and the second bathroom. In the space of the livingroom there is a stone made fireplace and airconditioning that covers the whole area of the ground floor while the kitchen is fully eqquiped With appliances, dishes and glasses and two big woden tables. All of the bedrooms have wardrobes and the upper floor bathroom has a laundry machine. The maisonette is enclosed perimetrically with grass hedge and there is a huge garden all around the house with fruit trees. There is also a portable BBQ and we provide wood For burning in fireplace or BBQ. There is private parking and opposite the house there is a two way bus stop. One from the Village to Anc. Olympia and one to the Capital city of Pirgos. But definetly a car is mandatory if You want to Explore the whole area. It is 5 kms from Ancient Olympia, 13 kms from the Capital city and half an hour from the port of Katakolo and 27,5 kms beautiful beach of Kaiafas. And 31,5 kms from the kourouta You can access the Village of Smila through 2 driving sectors: 1. Athens-Patras-Pirgos-ancienct Olympia (E65-8A & 9) 2. Athens-Tripoli-Zacharo-ancient Olympia (E65-7 & E55-9)

Το διαμέρισμα μας των 50τμ βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του Πύργου μόλις 5 λεπτα από την κεντρική αγορά, δίπλα υπάρχουν super market,φαρμακεια κ.α.μπορείνα φιλοξενήσει ζευγάρια αλλά και οικογένειες για τις διακοπές τους ή για επαγγελματικές υποχρεώσεις,.Το διαμέρισμα μας έχει φτιαχτεί με πολυ αγάπη και μεράκι έτσι ώστε ο φιλοξενουμενος μας να νοιώθει σαν το σπίτι του ..διαθέτει ελεύθερο parking και ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι για στιγμές χαλάρωσης.οι παραλίες απέχουν μόλις 10km, και η αρχαια Ολυμπία 20km.

Το studio μας, 45τ.μ. που βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο και μια όμορφη μεγάλη βεράντα... Είναι ένα κομψό και καλαίσθητο διαμέρισμα, φτιαγμένο με πολύ μεράκι και χαρά για να ικανοποιήσει τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών μας στο κέντρο της πόλης. Απέχει μόλις 300μ. από την κεντρική πλατεία-αγορά. Κοντά στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν σουπερμάρκετ, φαρμακεία, καφετέριες και ότι άλλο χρειάζεστε. Η Αρχαία Ολυμπία είναι σε απόσταση 20χλμ και το λιμάνι του Κατακόλου μόλις 10χλμ.
