This cozy loft is quietly tucked away in the woods alongside Bryant Hill Creek, 4 miles outside of E-ville, and 50 miles from downtown Buffalo. A great couple's getaway, it comfortably sleeps 2 adults. We lived here for 7 years while we built our home on the same property, but a separate driveway maintains privacy between the two homes, allowing you to feel completely remote and alone with nature. 4x4 a must in the snow, or simply park at the top of the driveway. Wifi, yes. TV, no.

The house is 10 minutes from ski slopes and Ellicottville village.
