Cute & Cozy Tiny House w/Kitchen **420 Friendly**This cute and cozy tiny house has easy access via hwy 92. It is just 5 minutes from the town of Hotchkiss and all its amenities. It's a completely private space with views of the Gunnison Gorge, the Black Canyon, Grand Mesa, and the Uncompahgre Plateau. Two adults and one child are allowed. One dog is allowed. Smoking OK outside. 420 friendly. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, mini-fridge with freezer, hot plate, toaster oven, sink, and microwave. Towels and linens are provided.
Rosie Knight RanchThe Rosie Knight Ranch is nestled on 17 acres on the southern slope of Grand Mesa with access to fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, ATVs, and horseback riding. We are within a 2-hour drive of Glenwood Springs, Telluride, Ouray, Ridgway, the Black Canyon National Park, and the Utah border. The residence is an 800 sq. ft., fully furnished apartment separate from the main house and up a flight of stairs. The balcony features a stunning view of the Grand Mesa.
