There is a private south facing garden, with lovely enclosed seating in the vinery and the garden is safe and secure for pets and children. At the front there is a private drive for several vehicles. Sunningwell has the renowned 'Flowing Well' pub, with excellent food & drink, a pretty church, village green and play area.

CORONAVIRUS: Our outhouse is isolated and self contained with a small kitchen.
We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are hammocks, trampoline, swings and a treehouse (treehouse currently out of bounds due to scheduled work needed on the wooden joists. Apologies for this, we hope to have it fixed as soon as possible.) Wildlife and birds. There are extensive footpaths in the countryside from our doorstep. Oxford is only 3 miles away.
