The haaziko lodge is located by the forest at the Pilis mountains in a relaxed and peaceful environment. It can be reached from Budapest in an hour. We recommend the haaziko experience to the ones who like to spend time in the nature and want to listen to birds singing in the morning. Our lodge is ready to welcome it's first guest from May 2022 onwards. The lodge has a 100 square meter terrace where you can enjoy the view and the sun or take a sneak peak to the squirrels jumping between trees.

The house has dutch owners and is situated in a dead end street in a small village surrounded by farmland.Its in a quite and peacefull area with almost no traffic.The river Ipel (forming the hungarian border) is just about 100 meters away. There are several shops and restaurants at the hungarian side at a distance off 5 km. Day trips to Budapest,Holloko,The castel off Modry Kamen,Somosko and so much more. Or just read a book in our garden ,having a barbecue or go fishing or hiking.

Chestnut guesthouse is a fully renovated A-frame cabin in the town of Nagymaros, only a few minutes away from the forest. With its breath-taking panorama, outdoor fireplace big garden and calm atmosphere it provides a good opportunity to relax and slow down a bit. Air conditioning (and electric panels in the winter) heat and cool the cabin so it we are open all year. The cabin can host 4 people, pets are also welcomed.
