We would meet in the centar of Rijeka where I will drive you 30 minutes to the starting point of the trail, then we will go to the top called Pećnik, after a short break we will continue to the waterfall Banina where we will explore the waterfall and after we wil head back to the car.

We ll take a look at Split from its very beginings and see how it was shaped throughout centuries to become city as we know it today. We ll see and discuss impact of different cultures that left their mark in it (Roman Empire, Venetian Republic, Austrian-Hungarian empire, French Republic, State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs, Italy, Yugoslavia, Croatia). Along the way I ll show you some of issues and challenges behind present day Split that are subject of debate amongst locals. We ll see why Split is called sportiest city on the world, through successes of its athletes in different sports. We ll stop at different spots to see more about funny facts that actually took place there. Split is unique place like no other in many ways, unfortunately tourists often don't see Split behind brochures and locals don't know many of its magnificent history and I ' ll try to show you both. Your half day tour begins by meeting me on Matejuška pier. When we all gather on the boat a unique experience starts where you will see Unesco town Trogir, amazing colour of the Blue Lagoon on the Island Drvenik Veliki. On the Blue Lagoon, you can swim, snorkel and chill. You will also have opportunity to see Island Solta and swimming next to the sunken wreck. After Ship wreck we are coming back to Split, where our tour finish. On this walking tour where you will discover how was it to live in Zagreb during the turbulent years of its recent history. Firstly you will visit the site of the former Synagogue of Zagreb. Next you will walk the World War II underground tunnels while being introduced to the history of Croatia and Zagreb through the 20th century including the World War II, almost 50 years of communist Yugoslavia and the fall of communism in Croatia through the Homeland War. The tour finishes in the basement used by locals as a shelter during the air raids on Zagreb in the 1990s where the details of the Homeland War are presented through an exhibition and a video presentation.
