You'll be a 20 min walk to the town of Sydenham (which has a sandy public beach and a boat launch) and a 20 min drive to the city of Kingston.

Close to the towns of Verona, and Westport with grocery stores, gift shops, restaurants, golf courses, Frontenac provincial park and K&P trail. There is a canoe, 2 kayaks & 2 paddle boards for your use. You must provide your own PFD. Newly installed furnace in 2020 to allow for earlier and later season rentals.

renovated Cottage sits very close to pristine lake. Sand beach and shallow water for children and deep weed free water for adults. There is no public access to Draper lake so it is very serene, great fishing. Row boat and canoe included in price along with shared use of two kayaks. BBQ and fire pit with plenty of wood. Guests are to bring their own sheets ,pillow cases and towels unless they are from abroad.
