1960’s cottage is part of historic Shady Shores Resort that was in my family since 1926. It sits on 5.0 acres of beautiful property with its own 107 feet private beach, bicycles , fire pit, and 1930s playground. Shuffleboard court with outdoor lights, horseshoe pit. Close to Notre Dame and Lake Michigan. Wineries, apple orchards and Brewery close by. Please note this is a cottage with mini split air conditioner /heater in each bedroom and living room TV with vcr No wifi

The LAVENDER LOFT IS A NEWLY REMODLED MODERN COTTAGE tucked away down a private drive. Relax and enjoy the sounds of Dewey Lake from the lovely front deck, as well as a private beach area nearby! Our home is located in the Sister Lakes area, on all-sports, 174 acre Dewey Lake. There is a large lawn on the side and parking in the back for a few cars. Rafts and games are here for you. Minimum age to rent is 25. There is a 3-night minimum for the summer months of June - August.
