This quality short-stay accommodation was constructed in 2004-5 for Jay's ailing mother, who spent her last few years in our home. We tried to duplicate in the unit all that we could of her home near Atlanta, where she had raised her family and had lived for over fifty years. She seemed quite happy in this extension of our main home, but she died in 2007, and the place has been mostly empty since then. We desire to make use of the space and let others enjoy the woodland setting she enjoyed.

2 Bdrm Home in a Country Setting but Close toTown

Two bedroom two bath home close enough to everything, but far enough away too. There is a third bedroom that we are using for storage at the moment. Also, note that some decorations could change as we move things to our temporary location. There is a queen bed in each room. Nice back porch and patio with swinging daybed. Stainless steel appliances, tankless water heater, gas stove. There is also a whole home generator that will automatically come on if the power were to go out.
