I will welcome you with a nice glass of a local wine before starting our workshop. I will introduce you to the secrets of kneading and fermentation. First we will make the dough and we will let it rise. Meanwhile we discover the precious world of the Extra Vergin Olive Oil with a professional tasting of it together with the history of the incredible Sicilian bread. At the end we will roll out the pizza, dress it with a selection of tasty toppings and cheers all together with wine to an evening spent learning and having fun.

Hi my name is Giuseppe, I'm 34 and I'm a chef of Italian cuisine. I do share my life between Sicily and Tuscany. This particular condition gives me the opportunity to explore and research the different traditions of our Country. I have been working for 6 years as a chef instructor for the "Food and Wine Academy" based in Florence while now I do much more by myself as a private chef in Sicily.
