This experience lasts about 3 to 3 and a half hours. We begin the experience by teaching the mind to gain control of the body through a series of breathing and yoga posturing exercises - about 30 minutes. This exercise is intended to strengthen and rejuvenate the inner and train the body to thwart diseases. Next, we engage in more vigorous physical activities to build stamina, endurance, weight loss and muscle growth for a leaner, stronger, healthier and more youthful-looking body - about 1:30 minutes. After a period of 15 minutes rest and fellowship, we enter into a period of guided meditation to connect with mother earth and established contact with conscious intelligence in the transdimensional space - about 30 minutes. We close the experience with a period of silent meditation to quiet the mind to promote repair body cells, rejuvenation of organs and to boost the immune system - about 15 minutes. After this, we close with a 15-minute period dedicated to energy healing of self, others, and the planet. Once that's over, the participants are free to share their experiences with the group and go home.
Other things to note
No smoking or alcohol consumption allowed. No pets, no drugs. The location is about 10 minutes walk from NANA, if you are on Nana, soi3. We would train around the premise or around the pool area.
