You will travel to Paris in first class to our baking experience

For one hour and a half, you will learn everything about “La Pâte à Choux” which is the base for several French desserts

We will start from “la Mise en place” then we will travel together over centuries to discover all the extraordinary pastries that you will be able to do after this class

Come and join us, on this unique online French baking class which it will be a hand-on activity for making Chouquettes, being one of the most popular pastries in France for breakfast

This French baking class it is ideal for private booking such as family/friends gathering as well as anniversaries, corporate groups and private events

One booking = one recipe = one camera = max 2 people

X'għandek iġġib

  • Smart device with video and sound with stable internet connection. Be aware of plugging in your device to a energy source, you do not want to run out of battery
  • Pâte à choux: flour, unsalted butter, water, milk, egg & Pearl sugar (Swedish pearl sugar). If you want to make them gluten free is possible (contact me for more details)
  • Utensils: scale or measure cup, medium size bowl, saucepan, wooden spatula, parchment paper/silicon baking mat, coffee spoons, baking tray & oven
  • Some paper and colours if children with you while the experience takes place
  • Apron :D

A dynamic, fun and easy way to approach challenging recipes in a shared onsite & online experience that promises a unique hands-on participation.

Our goal is to simply embellish this idea and shared passion for cooking by giving to families tools to learn so that in the near future they can re-create those recipes at any time, for which we are certain you will end up having your own Petit Chef! at home :)

This class was wonderful. It was extremely well organized, paced very well, and the dual cameras made it so easy to see what my dough was supposed to look like. The Chouquettes were delicious and much easier to make than I realized! Merci!

I am tickled pink now that I can make this type of pastry at home. Carlos makes it easy and voilà! Youv'e hot fluffy, perfect little puffs of deliciousness. I challenge you not to eat them all before the class is over ;) Merci, Carlos!

This French pastry baking class was a wonderful experience. We found Carlos to be extra engaging and took the time for making an event a special memory. We were sent photos from our event within minutes of completing our experience. Extra detail was given prior to our event to make sure we were well prepared. We highly recommend this experience to others and we love the delicious pastry we made.

Loved this experience! Carlos is a great host. Perfect Englisch! Explained every step patiently and we managed to create perfect Pate à Choux with his instructions. Can't wait to try out a savory version. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful experience! Carlos took the time to get to know us and made it very personal. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! We would definitely do it again! Oh and, the food was amazing!!
