Please dress comfortably. White/light-colored clothes preferred. Bring anything that makes you comfortable being outside for long periods of time. Stay hydrated!

The Healer, Mali Ma’at is an Atlanta Native using Art, Botanicals, and Yoga to provide everyday solutions for everyday health. She is a Certified Yoga instructor and self taught herbal alchemist, who uses tools like Kemetic yoga, chants, and drumming to help us revitalize our true divinity. She encourages fellow yogis to bring an acoustic instrument to help uplift the vibration and wants everyone to feel free to sing and dance at their leisure.

Mali is also a musician and writer and will often host outdoor music events and poetry readings.

We will have a private yoga session at one of the few standing nature preserves in the city of Atlanta just miles from downtown. This mountainside forest is a part of Atlanta’s vast Watershed which spreads 300 acres through the heart of Atlanta, Georgia and was a know. site of the Underground Railroad.

A great experience! My mom and I booked this for my birthday, and it was a really nice activity together with Mollie. The location was lovely, we learned some things about the area from Mollie & about this form of yoga, and Mollie also gave us presents which was sweet. Would definitely recommend - just give Mollie a ring (instead of messaging) to confirm the session, she mentioned that sometimes the notifications don’t come through.

What a great experience! This was my first time trying any type of yoga ( had no idea there’s different kinds?!?!) and mollie made the experience easy with her instruction! Awesome location where you can feel yourself immersed into the environment and the tea she provides is Bon a fide delicious!

mollie was so sweet & knowledgeable about the yoga sequences. the history & stories behind them & even of the location as well. I'm completely a beginner, so she did an awesome job demonstrating and explaining poses for me. she was also very patient & taught gracefully even when I couldn't poses. a really great experience. I learned so much, I'm able to bring home some of that knowledge & practice it myself. the location is a plus as well. beautiful park!

I’ve been in Atlanta for about 20 years and have never really known about the Watershed nature preserve. And this was for my boyfriend that was wanting to try yoga for the first time. This was a great mix for us both to benefit. We were running late but Mollie was super accommodating and we left our mats so we got started after she ran to the store and picked up a couple for us. This is not a “hike”. It’s more of a stroll to the waterfall which was very nice and for some breath work and then another short walk to do the yoga session. Our yoga session was very nice and paced just for us to get what we needed without over doing it for the first timer. We slept so good after with our nap. Would definitely do this again.

Mollie is fantastic! Her warmth and personality and love of people really shines. We had a fun, unique, and custom experience and learned a lot about local history and customs, folklore, and a different style of yoga. Great value, and highly recommend! P.S. - bring cups.
