Set within your own private garden in the grounds of our farmhouse, the shepherd's hut provides an ideal countryside spot. The garden is fully fenced/walled so secure for dogs. There is underfloor heating, so is warm and cosy. Being a stone's throw away from the River Otter, with beautiful walks along the river and through ancient woodland, plus the East Devon Footpath passing along the lane outside. There are local pubs to walk to and just a 10 minute drive from the seaside town of Sidmouth.

Our cosy, luxury, 1 bedroom annex has just been renovated to offer a comfortable, relaxing and quiet stay for our guests. A 10-15 minute walk to the beach! The annex has its own access door via the sunny courtyard with outdoor seating and lovely views of the Devon hills. There is a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for two. There is a powerful shower with a large bath. The bedroom has a Smart TV with Netflix etc. Tea and ground coffee is included.

Set within the grounds of our Georgian Manor house, The Pool House provides a wonderful retreat for those looking to escape to the country whilst being a short drive from the seaside town of Sidmouth and nearby city of Exeter. The Pool House was renovated (May 2021) to a very high specification providing spacious contemporary accommodation with use of heated outdoor swimming pool (June to September) and sauna.
