Kayaking is free and we have a dock for motorboat access. A short drive finds restaurants, Ricketts Glen waterfalls, outlet shops, skiing, waterpark, beer wine & harvest fests.

We are a family of 3...our son is 16 years old. We also have a dog and a cat, who are friendly! Our house is 2640 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 private decks and 1 shared deck. Our property is located in a quiet, wooded area, perfect for nature lovers! You may even meet our favorite deer family ! We are located close to Ricketts Glen (15 mins to lower trail and 30 mins to upper trail). We are approximately 1/2 mile from Harveys Lake, which is perfect for kayaking.

Our house is 2640 square feet. We own 1.34 acres in a wooded area. It's very quiet where we live and we have very few houses near us. We are also offering the use of our first floor: a shared living room and a shared kitchen. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit as well. There will be a $15.00 charge for a very large bundle of wood. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO NOTE: THERE ARE A CAT AND A DOG THAT LIVE AT THE RESIDENCE. IF YOU HAVE A SEVERE ALLERGY, THIS MAY BE A PROBLEM.
