Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block. We are 64 meters up on the hill so the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen in this unit, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs.

Roselle Farm Cottage resides beside a farm paddock encompassing pasture, garden, and harbour views. There are sheep and sometimes lambs that you can pat and feed. The Royal Albatross Centre, Little Blue Penguins, Penguin Place, and Larnach Castle is a 15 minute drive from the cottage. We are close to many beautiful beaches that host sea lions and seals. There are many great walks with scenic views. It is a self-contained cottage with everything you need for cooking and washing.
