We are within 2 miles from 5 colleges; Villanova, Rosemont, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and Harcum, and 4 miles from St. Joseph's University. There are 2 commuter train stations within 1/2 mile from us. We are within walking distance, or a short drive, to restaurants including Thai, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Greek. We have dogs and a cat so if you have allergies, this may not be the place for you. Fully vaccinated.

NO natural light, but all spaces are well lit. There is NOT space for an additional air mattress as it only holds two folks in the full size bed. There are three doors, one on the Bedroom, one on the Bathroom, & one that closes the apartment off from the rest of basement. No cats are ever allowed in the apartment.
