Come get away from the city and it's crazy ways. We are located on a quiet street where little happens, but we're close enough to where things do happen. Hiking trails, the lake, river, parks, markets, stores, etc... Our place is quiet, usually, and we are very friendly. We also have a Kosher kitchen. We can serve kosher breakfast upon request (not included in reservation cost). The room counts with its private entrance and a full, also private, restroom. It's not a huge place, but very nice🤩

Hello and welcome to Bluebird Cottage. We are located 1 mile up a dirt road in the Isabella Highlands overlooking Lake Isabella. Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. This cottage is private, even though it is next to our residence. It has a 6' privacy fence. Once inside the gate,you are met with beautiful landscaping and a view of Lake Isabella and the surrounding mountains that are well worth the drive.The cottage is set for 1-2 adults.

Approximately 5 min to Lake Isabella marina, 20 min to natural hot springs, 20 min to Kernville, 40 min to Alta Sierra ski resort, 1 and 1/2 hours to Trail of 100 giants. Great halfway stopping point between Death Valley and Yosemite. Perfect for traveling nurses, hospital is less than two miles away. Nature trails right out the back door. If you need assistance we will be here, but we will respect your privacy.
