While away the hours in The Old Beams pub a few doors down, stroll to the local farm shop & venture the walkways & cycle paths of the New Forest.

On the edge of the New Forest, set along the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, newly renovated with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a short 2 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a slightly longer walk around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm).
