The cottage has 2 Bedrooms with Queen bed in each room. Lounge, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. There is a pull out sofa in the lounge area. The separate Bungalow outside has 3 single beds and a ensuite. The cottage has aircon and ducted heating and 3 fireplaces! The courtyard at back has outdoor setting and George Foreman electric bbq! Linen provided for main beds. Own linen to be provided by guests for use of sofa bed. Most pets are welcome per prior approval.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.
