It is fully self contained, modern, airy, quiet and peaceful. It has a full kitchen, laundry , dining and lounge area and one double bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with safety railings. The house has two split system air conditioners. It has a large private covered verandah on 2 sides overlooking the garden and undercover parking for one car.
