Quaint but deceptively large beachfront house - recently updated with a fresh beachside vibe the property is perfect for the whole family. Dad can bring the boat, the kids have plenty of space for the canoes, surfboards or jet ski and Mum can relax on the beach with a book. Just a 30 second stroll across the road to the beach or to the shops. It consists of 4 bedrooms, with brand new beds, an open plan living area, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Forget your worries and enjoy the ever changing view of the sea in this spacious single story home with no stairs and easy parking. Just a short stroll across the road will take you to the beach. From the reserve out the front it is an easy walk/cycle on the sealed path that follows the foreshore from the town to Pinks Beach. We are located close the the Kingston Sailing Club and the Caravan Park. Kingston is a great base to visit local wineries and home to the famous Larry the Lobster.
