Lovely wing of my home opp Lingfield Racecourse & Marriott. Private facilities for guests are: entrance and lobby with workstation area; living room, two bedrooms (doubles); walk in shower; two loos with washbasins. Kitchen not part of wing but guests may use for dining in. Please ask about cooking facilities when booking. Two private parking spaces. Huge garden - we are also in the National Gardens Scheme (open June 11 only). Not suitable for babies/very small children (see explanation).
