In the heart of Dalarna and on a beautiful country side estate 30 km from the world heritage city of Falun is this small fully equipped, traditional 2 story house with magnificent view over open fields and a 1 min walk to the small fresh water creek. The house feature two outdoor social areas, one with morning sun for breakfast and lunch and a second patio with afternoon and evening sun to enjoy a glass of wine during the long summer nights, with a big lawn for games and play or sunbathing (well its Sweden so sunbathing is not guaranteed). The house has two kitchens and 2 bathrooms, 2 open fire places and two living rooms. Divided between two floors. The basement apartment is studio style. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. National TV channels. Dish washer in the main kitchen and washer for clothes in master bathroom. The house is located close to a small super market (walking distance) and a 5 min drive to a big super market. The estate has parking for more then 2 cars. Guests has full access the whole house and garden that surrounds it. Parking area and big lawn just in front of the house. Hosts are living in the main villa on the estate and are happy to help with any needs or questions you might have. The estate is an old family farm and has been in the same family since 200 years back. The host couple Solweig and Borje speak and understands Swedish, English and some German. They travel a lot and love to meet new people. Please note that no Food and beverage is included! At the moment there is no wifi connection available.

Välkommen till Sveden, Svärdsjö, till vårt timmerhus i två våningar från 1800-talet, som tillsammans med härbren bildar vår kringbyggda dalagård. Den ligger naturskönt med utsikt över Borängetsjön och skogen in på knutarna och inte långt till Svärdsjö centrum med bl a ICA Supermarket och pizzeria. Sveden är en utmärkt utgångpunkt för konst-, kultur-, natur- och sportupplevelser och inte mindre än 65 utflykter och sevärdheter finns i Svärdsjö. Falun nås på 20 min. Uthyres min 2-, max 7dygn.

Huset är 74 kvm i två våningar med liten hall, kök, bad och Tv-rum på nedre plan. Öppet sovloft med två enkelbäddar 90x200 samt litet sovrum med en dubbelsäng 180x200. Brant trappa till övre våningen. Rökning eller husdjur är ej tillåtet. Under kallaste årstiden vill vi ha er förfrågan minst 48 h innan ankomst så vi hinner höja temperaturen i stugan.
