The spacious room has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). We are located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook with the train station only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house. There are a number of pubs within walking distance too.

Liphook is lovely Village and easily commutable to places like Haslemere (5 mins train), Guildford (15 mins train) and London (45 mins train). You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There are so many walking trails to explore in this area and it’s quite, peaceful village with warm and welcoming people around. Please note: All guests are allowed to cook light meals i.e. microwave/oven/coffee tea. Thanks for understanding
