With comfortable furnishings, antiques & artwork, this charming farmhouse-inspired home creates a restful atmosphere. Enjoy farm fresh eggs while sipping complimentary coffee. Relax on a summer evening while watching hundreds of fireflies. We also include guest passes for three people to visit the Carnton Plantation, Carter House, and Rippa Villa. Please note that we do have a backyard homestead which includes a charming rooster who crows intermittently. The Farmhouse is a private guest home with separate entrance. We are located on an acre in the heart of historic Franklin, TN only 20-25 minutes from downtown Nashville (Note: Traffic can be unpredictable, so please allow for traffic in your travel plans). The home is filled with natural light, tons of amenities and comfortable bedding and seating. Full access to the guest home. Access to parking just outside the home. If bringing more than two vehicles, please contact host for authorization and instructions. We are always available by text, phone, email or just come knock on our door! Set in the charming town of Franklin, TN, the house is a short drive away from a variety of restaurants, historic sites, and parks with walking and hiking trails. Known as Main Street, USA, Franklin epitomizes southern charm with its quaint historic downtown, cozy shops and award-winning eateries. Enjoy the surrounding farm landscapes and quiet pace. The sights and sounds of bustling downtown Nashville are a 30-minute drive away. Parking is provided just outside the home. We are a great option for families, business travelers, and couples looking for a weekend getaway. Our central location gives access to restaurants, shopping, historical sites, parks and many attractions. We want you to feel at home, so just let us know if you need anything at all during your stay. In addition to the queen bed, we provide a queen air mattress for additional guests. The self-inflating/deflating air mattress is top of the line and includes easy remote to adjust the air level for comfort. It even includes a mini headboard to keep pillows in place. Be sure to ask about our new fire packages available for an additional fee. We provide firewood, quick start sticks, lighter and S'mores packages. Fire pit area viewable in photos.
