This cozy cottage is the perfect lakeside getaway! Little Whitefish lake, a 200-acre all-sports lake, is only 30 minutes from GR and 5 minutes from premium golfing. The main house has a big kitchen with everything you need, including plenty of coffee! Step down the stairs to the lake, where you can use the included kayaks, fish off the dock, or take a swim. At night, relax on the lake-side patio with lots of furniture, a grill, and fire table. Back inside, there’s plenty of sleeping space!

The outdoor space is what you will love the most- we have a huge deck with a grill and seating for 10+ and 100 feet of beautiful lake frontage complete with fire pit, comfy chairs, dock, two level swim platform, and steps into the lake.

Only 25 mins from Downtown Grand Rapids, our 3 bedroom home has a sun room facing the lake with a beautiful view to take in the sunsets. The family room with large kitchen table allows families to relax and enjoy one another! A large deck and concrete patio overlooking the lake provide stunning views. Water access from home is not available but a public boat launch is a short 5 minute drive away.
