Pollensa, situated in the hilly north, is known for its traditional village fairs, weekly market with craftsmanship, numerous restaurants and shops, all inviting for a stroll after a day at the beach in the close bay Cala San Vicente with its crystal clear water. Quiet and natural lies the finca at the foot of the Traumuntana mountains, with the village at 10 minutes walking distance. The rustic apartment is adjacent to our Majorcan house where I live. The cottage has been carefully restored by us. The room downstairs functions as a living and kitchen area. A small staircase leads up to both bedroom and bathroom. The house is operational and properly equipped. We would like you to feel happy with us and are more than happy to provide you with tips for a fantastic holiday. Inexpensive autumn and winter prices for long-term tenants! With the easy to use wood-fired oven it is going to get very cozy and warm.
