We are north of Hwy 50, miles away from fire damage. Detached from main home, king sized bed, queen sized sofa sleeper. Kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave and propane fireplace stove. Next to Lake (walking trail and fishing only), 1 mile from downtown Pollock Pines and Hwy 50.
During the winter we can get heavy snow. Chains/AWD and/or 4WD may be necessary.
