Our experience will start from Sorrento Port, make yourself confortable with a fresh drink, we are ready!!! Crossing the Sorrento gulf you ll see the ''Regina Giovanna'', an ancient roman s house built on the rock, the ''Saraceno''tower, the little village of Sammontano, the Lobra s marine untill the ''Campanella'' cape, the last piece of Sorrento coast... at this point we ll be arrived on the other side, the Amalfi coast.... sailing with the sun on front we ll reach the '' Li Galli '' islands, a magical hotspot in the middle of the sea,the perfect place for a fresh swim. After this stop, i ll take you to the city of Amalfi, you ll have one hour and half to visit this ancient ''Maritime Republic'' and its baroque cathedral. On the way back we ll coast until Positano city, you ll admire breathtaking landscapes, the ''Furore'' fjord, Praiano. You ll have an other one hour and half of free time to walk among the narrow streets of Positano and the beach of ''Fornillo''. We ll cross Nerano untill the ''Mortelle'' beach to snorkeling in cristalline water... coming back to Sorrento with a red sunset you ll fall in love of my coast... jump on board !!! We will sail along one of the most romantic place in Italy: the Sorrentine peninsula. We will meet in Sorrento (Marina Piccola) and you will first get familiar with the boat and its equipment. We will pass the cape of Sorrento, also known as Queen Giovanna's Baths, and we will catch sight of Capri island. Direction West, we will see cape Campanella and we will do navigation around Capri island . We will sail around the island, admiring all the major attractions along the coast, exploring all the caves, including the Blue Grotto(entry ticket is 14 euro). You will enjoy the blue sea of Capri, swimming and snorkeling in the most crystalline waters of the world. While sailing, you can sunbathe and relax, with the beauty of Capri before your eyes. At the end of the tour we will offer you a taste of local "limoncello". Other things to note If you like we can stop for lunch at one of the seaside restaurant of Capri.During the trip the boat should host until five guests. Our journey will starts with a walking in which we will discover the village, its farmers and food tradition. We will also collect ingredients useful in our cooking. So, after reached our kitchen, we will prepare our meal in a cooking class learning how to set up traditional and innovative recipes using the best of food production of the region. Many of this products belongs to the Ark of Taste and Slow Food Presidia or comes directly from some local Slow Food Community. We always prepare the entire lunch making several starters, colorful salads, fresh pasta, pesto or other sauces and desserts. We will end our food journey tasting the prepared 4 courses learning how to pair it with 3 different wines and homemade liquors. We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie). Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce. The spontaneous interaction is at the base of our philosophy so, according to the season, there will be different ingredients! Other things to note Let us know if you need a transfer. All cooking classes start with a description of the daily menu and of its ingredients, with specific reference to seasonality and provenance... plus some interesting story or legend connected to thir preparation. In my kitchen all guests will have available all needed ingredients and tools to carry out preparations. I will guide them step by step in such a way that they will learn how to select ingredients and easily reproduce the recipes at home. Our traditional menu includes preparation of: 1. My hometown of Positano was famous for tarantella and tammorra, traditional local dance. l want let you experience the local tradition combineted with tour around our magnificent coast. We give you a traditional tambourine and red napkin to start our tour with traditional local music of tarantella. We stop in Arienzo, where we tell about the history of this place. Following comes Praiano and you can swim into "Pirate grotto". We follow the coast til Furore playing and singing with tambourine "La Dolce Vita" like Sofia Loren in her film. We reach Conca Dei Marini, Santa croce beach we stop to swim in the cristalline water and you can see the elefant kissing rock. We stop to serve a classic napoletan aperitif with bruschette, tarallucci with fennel, olives, our traditional cheese and Prosecco. I want to show you my tipical boat day like an ancient family, we don't want to lose our traditions. We continue to sail to Amalfi, there you will have some freetime so you can visit the city, shopping, tasting traditional pastry and limoncello. Hi everyone! If you want to be feel like a local on the Amalfi coast, don't miss this experience! We will meet you in Positano main dock at 9:30 am. We start to sail and admiring the coast like Li Galli Inslet, where Ulisse passed. The sea is amazing,we stop at tordigliano and in Marina del Cantone where at first light of the morning the water is really clear and you can swim, snorkel and relax. l want to show you Crapolla cove, my hometown it is a special place that was a fischermen village. Just outside the bay we stop for a refresh overlooking the De Filippo private island, continuing to sail we show you the Birdcave. We will sail around Capri admiring the white, red and green grotto, hearth grotto, natural arch,the ancient port of Capri, the famous Faraglioni. Telling you all the fan fucts. We stop to swim and enjoy our tipical Panzanella, tasting with Prosecco.We stop at restaurat in Capri where you can tast Mediterran disces, than you have 3hrs to vist the island(you can also disembark in the port sharing the fee). We start the enchanting cruise from Positano, following the coast admiring the beauties of the coast like "Pirate grotto", Praiano, Furore lover's bridge, Conca Dei Marini, Elephant kissing rock. When we arrive in Conca Dei Marini, we put the ancor down to start our pic-nic in one of most beautiful area. Here you can jump in some cristalline water. We take our pic-nic basket with local products, prosecco, classic panino, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and our particular bread with fennel. After lunch, you will continue to enjoy the sea arond the coast and then we will go back to Positano. It s a memorable experience. Other things to note This is a shared tour. We will sail along one of the most romantic place in Italy: the Sorrentine peninsula. We will meet in Sorrento (Marina Piccola) and you will first get familiar with the boat and its equipment. We will pass the cape of Sorrento, also known as Queen Giovanna's Baths, and we will catch sight of Capri island. Direction West, we will see cape Campanella and we will do navigation around Capri island . We will sail around the island, admiring all the major attractions along the coast, exploring all the caves, including the Blue Grotto(entry ticket is 14 euro). You will enjoy the blue sea of Capri, swimming and snorkeling in the most crystalline waters of the world. While sailing, you can sunbathe and relax, with the beauty of Capri before your eyes. At the end of the tour we will offer you a taste of local "limoncello".
