If you are looking for a true beachfront vacation then this is the place! Our property has direct access to a beautiful secluded sandy beach in a residential area. 15% off 7+ day bookings.

We will only accept reservations for a minimum of 2 nights with a maximum of 6 guests AT ANYTIME, day or night. This will be to ensure social distancing can be possible, if necessary. We are not overlapping guests, meaning we will not allow a check in/check out on the same day to be sure we can clean thoroughly and be ready for the next group.
Rancho Tranquilidad is a large walled property with parking available within the gates to ensure privacy and security. There are two separate bedrooms each with a toilet, hot shower and air conditioning. We have provided new linens and clean rooms for your comfort and piece of mind. There is also satellite TV and DVD players in the bedrooms. The rest of the property is sheltered but open air to take full advantage of the tropical heat and beautiful sounds and views of the Pacific Ocean. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new gas BBQ available for cooking the delicious fresh seafood readily available in the area. The large private pool was recently refinished and is clean and well maintained.

Playa San Diego is mostly residential with a few tiendas (small stores) and local public pools/restaurants. We are located roughly 1 block from the police post in a quiet neighbourhood with many houses owned by Canadians and Americans. There is also world class surfing within a few miles of our property.

I am available via text message or email and am happy to answer any questions that you have. Whether it's where to get the best papusas, or how to get to the grocery store by bus, I'd be happy to help. There is also on site staff, a salvadorian family lives in a separate building on site, Letty (the wife) doesn't speak much english but is super friendly and can help with anything you need. She is able to do laundry for you for a small cash fee of $10 for a load of clothes. The caretakers will change the sheets and clean the floors as required, but I ask that guests do their own dishes please. Neris (her husband) speaks some english and is also available for most any request. A lot of things are available in the area; fruit, fresh bread, prepared food, beer, or there is a large grocery store located a short 7 minute drive or 15 minute bus ride from the house. Neris can give you directions on how to get there or provide transport services with his own vehicle if you would like to pay him to drive you there.
