Personal wood deck area shared with unit 2, private bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and bed. Living room sofa folds into a futon bed, and so does matching chair (perfect for child or toddler). Our neighborhood is a very small one. We are a little off the beaten path, in a semi secluded area of downtown Moab. We are walking distance to downtown Main Street, and restaurants. There is a great coffee drive through across the highway. It is very quiet and private here, with no other nightly rentals, apartments, or hotels surrounding our property. The neighborhood is mostly middle aged homeowners. We are surrounded by mostly family members, so we have great neighbors!

We are a young fun family of 4. We are both life long Moab residents, and know the area very well. We are fairly easy going, and easy to get along with, open-minded, and we love to meet new people. Our son is a very funny, energetic, loud, almost 9 year old. We also have an almost 6 year old little girl. She loves to meet new people. Ashley (myself) is a stay at home mother who's full time job is Airbnb hosting. Kelly (my husband) is a licenced general contractor with a business of his own. He is also a certified diesel mechanic. We love hosting people from all over the world. We've been hosting since April of 2016 and are very proud of the hosting record we have achieved!
