THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL, LUXURY CONDO with panoramic mountain views from the wide balcony. The large space inside includes a well fitted kitchen, beautiful bathroom, living/dining/study area and king-sized bed. WIFI IS FAST AND RELIABLE!
There is an A/C and a floor fan to keep the room cool in the hot months.
The studio is located in a stylish round building, just a short walk from the trendy area of Nimman. There are many facilities in the complex, including a pool, restaurants, cafes, shops etc.

The interior is a creatively designed 50sqm 'open-plan' living space, including a well fitted kitchen area with cooking facilities: portable stove, oven/microwave, fridge-freezer and all the usual cooking utensils. The bathroom is stylishly fitted with a hot/cold shower and the bedroom area includes a very comfortable King-sized bed, and a large wardrobe. The furnishings are a cool blend of contemporary and traditional Thai.

The neighbourhood of 'Nimman' is considered the 'trendiest' suburb of Chiangmai. It is a very interesting blend of contemporary 'cafe culture' (the Thais have adopted coffee as their new national drink, it seems!) and boasts an impressive range of restaurants offering diverse cuisines from around the world. Just a few minutes drive away are local waterfalls (a convenient 'escape' from the heat into the jungle!) Chiangmai University Campus with a beautiful lake overlooked by the mountain) and Chiangmai Zoo. The recently completed Maya shopping mall is a 10-15 minute walk away, with all the latest shops, a great selection of restaurants, a full cinema complex, and a wonderful rooftop drinking/viewing spot, to catch breathtaking sunsets from!
(**Please note: The Nimman area where the condo is located is in the flight path of CM airport, which means planes flying low over the building during the day. No flights happen after midnight but before that time there may be some noise from the planes**)

I am a resident yoga teacher here in Chiangmai, regularly teaching at different places in and around the town. I also used to teach English to Thai children and adults, which was a great way to connect with the local people.

When I am not practicing/teaching yoga, I enjoy swimming at many of the wonderful pools in and around Chiangmai, and I also like to take bike rides further afield, to enjoy the truly wonderful scenery that surrounds the town.

I'll be happy to answer any questions about staying in Chiangmai, exploring the area around the city, and even questions about yoga, India or whatever else I can help you with.
