The 1760 sqft sized "Penthouse Apartment" is located in the fully developed south-west of Eden Island. It is one of the very few 2 B/R Apts of that size. Situated in an exclusive corner / side location with a private entrance it provides a quiet environment and total privacy. Both bedrooms have direct access to their own verandas with a separate settee each. Our Penthouse is on the side of a block with more windows and one of the very few 2 B/R Apartments of this size (165 m2 total).
Eden Plaza with all its restaurants, cafes, a Spar Supermarket, banks, ATMs, boutiques etc is just a few minutes buggy drive away. A private swimming pool with a kid's section is right behind our block (50mts). The Penthouse has been completely refurbished and refurnished three years ago. A two-seater Kayak is at your disposal and snorkling sets can be rented.

Eden Island is just a 10 minutes' drive from the airport and 5 minutes from the Capital Victoria.
The "Penthouse Apartment" is on the 2nd floor of the "Patatran" block of apartments. Being a corner apartment a total privacy and silence and an unobstructed view on the Eden Island Deep Water Marina and the the Main Island Mahé is guaranteed.
Guests have unrestricted free access to any of the 4 private beaches on Eden Island, two Swimming Pools (one just 50 mts behind building), the well equipped Club Gym, Tennis court and the Club House with a snack bar.

Eden Island, is-Seychelles

Though the different apartment blocks seem to be near to each other inhabitants can enjoy an almost total privacy. A lush vegetation surrounds all blocks on all sides except the seafront.

My wife and I are frequent visitors to Eden Island in the Seychelles. We love the all year round pleasant climate in the Seychelles and spend a lot of our time there.
