The poolhouse is a European style fully self contained studio home for 2, nestled in beautiful private established gardens.
French doors open to the solar heated pool with plenty of inside & outside dining & lounge options offering you space to retreat, relax & unwind.
Your our own private entrance means you can come and go as you please.
Enjoy a short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops & public transport, or a short drive to the Adelaide Hills, wineries & beaches.

The poolhouse has free unrestricted street parking at the front of the premises with a separate private and secure entrance which runs alongside the main house.
The poolhouse entrance and walkway is lit up with sensor lights at night, to ensure safe, easy and unimpeded access at any time.
The ground floor of the poolhouse has a modern polished concert floor and consists of a dining space - with an extendable antique dining room table, generous two seater leather lounge, separate easy chair, vintage chest coffee table, and entertainment unit.
The bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet as also located downstairs and is stocked with all the necessary emergency toiletries and plenty of towels, as well as pool towels.
Floor to ceiling cedar windows with individual block-out (non sheer) blinds for privacy and convenience are positioned to overlook the private pool and peaceful mature garden.
The fully equipped, self contained kitchen includes a Nespresso pod coffee machine, 3/4 size fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich press, built in two hob electric cooker, separate conventional mini oven and grill.
A bespoke handmade traditional wrought-iron staircase leads to the natural sisal carpeted upstairs loft bedroom and sitting room. This space is architecturally designed with a raked ceiling and exposed beams, tapering towards the edges of the room and is fitted with a new queen sized bed & luxury quilt. There are two bedside tables, clothes hanging and shelf space as well as three easy chairs, a coffee table and small desk. A matching set of upstairs floor-to-ceiling French cedar windows open up to the wrought-iron flower boxes overlooking the branches of a mature ornamental pear, and the pool below. Once again block out curtains and window fittings are provided for the bedroom space.
Whilst designed to be echo friendly to make the most of the environmental aspects - both upstairs and downstairs spaces are also fitted with separately controllable reverse cycle air conditioners for added warm or cooling if needed. There is also an iron and mini ironing board available from the storage cupboard located under the stairs.
Guests are welcome to share the solar heated pool and there is a choice of three separate outdoor and poolside dining areas.
To help guests settle in and relax when they arrive - the pool house is stocked with ground and instant coffee, a selection of teas, milk & juice, toast with a choice of spreads as well as various cereals, for all the makings of a healthy continental breakfast.
