What sets this place apart are the views and location. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy panoramic views and sunsets. The condo is walking distance to Dillon Marina, Marina Tiki bar, Dillon City Park, and the popular City Amphitheater. Take advantage of bike trails expanding from Keystone to Frisco and Breckenridge. Enjoy a sail or pontoon boat rental from Dillon or Frisco Marina, and then relax to a open-air concert at the Dillon Amphitheater as the sun sets in the background. Barbecue on the balcony, at the property picnic area, or at the Dillon City Park adjoining the playground and amphitheater complex. The town of Frisco offers window-shopping with an old town feel and has an outdoor museum with historic buildings - free and fun to explore. Dillon hosts a farmers market Fridays 9-2 from June to September. Silverthorne is home to a huge outlet mall; Breckenridge is Breckenridge. If you like thrift stores, I can point you to a couple.

Pets: I sincerely apologize, but this unit does not allow pets (HOA guidelines). Please do not ask for an exception, this policy is for several reasons, some that are out of my control. To find a place that allows pets, select more filters, house rules and select “Pets allowed”. Again, my apologies.

This unit, like most single bedroom units in Dillon is about 550 sqft. and designed for 2.

This complex is on a very quiet street with no through traffic. The back has a large lawn and lake access. There is a bike path that runs in front of the condo with access throughout Summit County. A short walk up the bike path leads to the city amphitheater, marina, and park complex as well as lower Dillon. The Summit County bus runs through town at the top of the bike path. If you are skiing Keystone, we are very close – about 10 minutes with good weather, several other resorts are within striking distance. If you plan to drive to Breckenridge, consider Swan Mountain Road or Dillon Dam Road to skip the heavy freeway traffic exiting in Frisco.
