Good space for guest wanting a 'get-away- quite night'. Goodwood : 12 miles (internet search). Double room dimensions with single bed , see photos. Suits experienced chair user with chair maximum width 25.5" .
Revival 16-18/9/22 -minimum stay of 3 nights.
CH runs winter, intermittently during the winter,not summer. Microwave only available re. 'cooking'.
(Post Covid 'crisis', adjacent single room available with similar conditions. )

Sea very close by; sea swimming 7+ minute walk away - tide table on hand to advise best times to sand walk/swim.

Off road parking in cul -de -sac so safe - space for (small) dingy + car. Electric car charger at small extra cost.
Garden is available for sitting outside. To insure mutual privacy, feel free to move the table and chairs to any part of the RIGHT hand side of the garden.

Continental Breakfast included and self service. I am generally around. Fruit platter provided.
Foxes (sometimes) but no pets on premises.

Goodwood / Fontwell and all they have to offer are nearby. Immediate area is quiet, residential and very green but very close to the A27 and the sea.

Italian, 'British' and Nepali restaurant within 15 minute walk - short drive for excellent Thai restaurant and pubs. Sea front venues also available within 5 minute drive/20 minutes walk. Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve can be reached via a walk along the beach - or drive. Chichester is 10miles away.
