Sleep like the King and Queen in this elegant room! New 50" LG Smart TV with surround sound. The private bath has marble floors, large counter with double sinks, large deep tub with separate glass wall shower. Walk-in closet has full-size washer/dryer. High-speed internet. Cameras installed on the main level only. Breakfast items are not included.

Feel free to use the common areas on the main floor. Full kitchen. Breakfast nook. Your room has a beverage cooler. You may store food items in the full fridge and freezer on the main level. There is a cupboard to the left of the fridge for your dry storage. You are welcome to lounge on the two couches and watch TV there as well! High-speed internet is free. Cameras installed on the main level and in the garage. No cameras on the upper level.

** Use of and access to Formal Dining Room by the front door is strictly prohibited. **

Breakfast is no longer supplied. Coffee and tea service is in the room.

We are a quiet, friendly neighborhood with families. You will see parents walking with their strollers and lots of people on bikes, walking a jogging. There is a (free) community pool you are welcome to use that is very kids friendly.

Hello! I am a not so new to Airbnb anymore but always ready to welcome new people into my home!

Through my local community college where I have been a Professor for the last 22 years, I have welcomed ten different international students into my home. They were all young kids attending full-time college here in the US. The different countries ranged from Vietnam, Hong-Kong, Germany, and South Korea. For many of the students, it was their very first experience away from home. Most stayed for one year, many stayed for longer. I so enjoyed having each and every one of them here; teaching them American culture and learning about them and their different cultures. My young son enjoyed the experience and I believed it enriched everyone's lives.

Certainly Airbnb is a bit different from the above but I am always eager to try new and different things. I am looking forward to welcoming so many of you into my home, too!
