This unit is small (300 sq ft) but cute. Newly renovated full bathroom, kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner electric stove top, kettle, mini fridge), very comfortable queen bed, TV with Netflix, high speed internet. Very cozy for weekend getaways or long stays. One free outdoor parking stall.

The common areas (hallways/stairwells/front entrance/apartment doors) will be getting painted/re-drywalled in June/July 2022. Keep this in mind when booking. The unit itself will not be affected

L-ispazju
This studio suite is located on the 2nd floor of a cozy three-story building. The Whistler Creekside Gondola is a 5-7 minute walk. All amenities in the area include public transit, restaurants, pubs, gyms, coffee shops, a yoga studio, and a grocery store.
My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The couch can pull out into a bed.
There is no elevator, so you'll have to carry your things up the stairs.

This unit does NOT have Air Conditioning. There is one fan supplied. If there is a heat spell the unit can get very warm. I suggest you close the blinds in the daytime when you are out adventuring, and open them up in the evening when the temperature cools down.

The hot tub is open right now (May 2022). It will close once the pool opens for the summer, possibly early June. I can't promise the hot tub or pool will be available during your stay since it is sometimes closed for cleaning/maintenance. Please book with this in mind. Thank you:)

The communal areas throughout the building are dated back to 1976. The decor is of that same era, rather 'charming'. Once you're inside the unit, it is updated and renovated, as you can see in the pictures:)

The bus stop is 3 minutes away. Whistler Village is a 5 min drive/10 min bus ride.
The Red Door bistro (fine dining) and Roland's Pub and Cold Beer & Wine Store are located in the building. A great coffee shop, Fix Cafe, is next door.
A grocery store, 24 hr gas station, gym, coffee shops (Starbucks and Tim Hortons) and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. There is no need for a vehicle but there is one available parking stall.
Wireless internet
TV with Apple TV and Netflix. There is no cable television.
Ski/bike storage area on the main floor.

This unit has an electric keypad so you don't have to worry about keys or lockboxes.
I prefer to not do alterations, since most of the time I coordinate new reservations around yours. But, I am happy to if it's over a month in advance and I don't have a new renter back to back.
