Welcome to the most unique setting Knoxville has to offer. Enjoy 1500 square feet of this historic 100+ year old farm house. Just minutes from downtown, though you are surrounded by mature hardwood trees and a nice setback from the street. You will find all the conveniences the city has to offer, and yet you will find tranquility that we all seek while traveling. Be my guest and enjoy the simplistic, and natural elements with nature just steps out the door.

Fejn se tkun

Knoxville, Tennessee, l-Istati Uniti

My neighborhood is in Fountain City, known for it's natural springs. The main house was built in 1918 and is the only farm house of its kind right in the middle of urban life, just a few minutes drive from Downtown. You are walking distance to restaurants and brewery, Casual Pint.

Many parks and green-ways in the area to enjoy.
My house is located just off Broadway, which is the pike leading straight into downtown.
