Situated in a quiet area, the beach of Le Pont is 100 m away. From the house, you can access the paths leading from Saint-Malo to Cancale (GR 34). You can go to the village of Rothéneuf where you will find the nearest shops and restaurants (15 minutes on foot), and the SNBSM nautical center in Le Havre (for sailing, kayaking, paddling...). The Phytomer thalasso center is just a stone's throw away (500 m). And don't forget to visit the sculpted rocks (1.2km)
Shops: Rothéneuf district, grocery store - bakery - butcher's shop - restaurants - bar-tobacco shop - pharmacy 2 km away. The Fontenelles district, shopping center at 2 km.
The old town of Saint-Malo Intra-Muros and Cancale are 20 minutes away by car.
Facing the sea, Saint-Malo offers a unique panorama. With its ramparts, its monuments and its legendary heroes, the Corsair City has all the flavors of adventure. Saint-Malo has all the assets of the seaside: beautiful beaches, nautical activities, fishing... Cancale is a very cute fishing town, and the opportunity to test its fame for its oysters and mussels in the bay while enjoying the walks of the customs path.
You will be in the heart of the Emerald Coast. The Emerald Coast is the name given because of the color - emerald green - of the sea at certain times, to the part of the northern coast of Brittany located between Cape Frehel and Cancale, passing by Saint Malo and Dinard
You can enjoy the attractions of the sea, beaches, water sports and sailing, coastal paths. You can also easily go to Cancale, Saint-Malo or the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
A tourist tax of 3.3% of the price of the reservation per adult is payable on arrival.
Housekeeping: 105€.
An inventory of fixtures of entry and exit will be made with the company MALOC.
A deposit cheque will be requested on arrival.
Arrivals/Departures :
Arrival times are in the afternoon (2pm-7pm).
Departure times are in the morning (8-11am).
The tenant is required to arrive at the rental on the day and time agreed with the agency (please contact us one week before). In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must inform us in advance. Any departure/arrival outside of the hours below or delay of more than one hour without prior notice will result in an additional charge of 24€ (+24€/hour after 10pm). We will not accommodate after 11pm.
Linen :
There is an extra charge for extras booked with the rental (cleaning, sheets, towels) for 9€/person for bed linen, 6€/person for bathroom linen. In addition, there is the tourist tax.
The cleaning at the end of the stay does not include common tasks such as taking out the garbage and cleaning/storing the dishes. A supplement of 24€ will be asked if MALOC has to do it for you.
