The bedroom is extra spacious for all your things, with a King Size bed and 2 extra-large closets.

During the off-season expect a quiet beach town. Still plenty to do but with the convenience of less people and traffic. Beautiful and quaint all around. Beautiful beach and boardwalk and town to explore.

During the summer season expect busy streets and non-stop fun! All shops and restaurants open and the beach is even more relaxing. Parking is paid via meters or parking permit.

If this is your first time staying/visiting Rehoboth I would be happy to explain more over the phone.

Whether your walking along the beach or boardwalk, or taking in what Downtown has to offer with restaurants and bars and shops, there is always something here for everyone.

I enjoy traveling, to new and familiar places, meeting new people, and enjoying what life has to offer. Can't live without my girlfriend, my dogs, chocolate, wine/beer, & my cars.

As a Host: I am a born and raised local to the area. I can answer many questions and provide many suggestions for our guests who are 1st timers to the area. I am helping manage the property that my father owns. He recently retired and I wanted to help provide the opportunity to help him get some extra funds each month. I am happy to accommodate guests by any means and facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process. While there may be times in which I am not be able to meet upon check-in or check-out, my Co-Hosts will be happy to oblige. I am available most hours of the day if anything is needed or emergencies.

Our properties sit smack-dab in Downtown Rehoboth Beach. "THE NATIONS SUMMER CAPITAL". I manage the properties for my father and I have several people who help le to host our homes so that our guests have a fantastic time.

As a Guest: I am a very clean individual and am always one to help around if needed or asked. Love traveling and visiting new places and meeting new people. May be travelling alone, with my girlfriend, and possibly with our 2 small dogs, Belle & Ariel.

Depending on my schedule I may be out most of the day and just need a bed to crash for the night and other days I may be staying inside to relax.
