Beautifully renovated, luxury accommodation just two minutes from the beach. The cafes and shops in East Wittering village are a short walk away, while the beautiful, sandy beach at West Wittering is a five minute drive / cycle or fabulous half hour walk. With large open plan living, a family friendly garden and an indulgent hot tub, the house is a perfect location for a large family / two family or friends get away.

Re-modelled to a very high standard, the house is spacious and contemporary throughout with a beach house feel Situated in a secluded close between East Wittering and Bracklesham, with a large area of green to the front of the house. A spacious set up for a large family, it works equally well with two families holidaying together. The huge open plan kitchen / dining room / living area is full of light, and can more than comfortably accommodate a large group. With underfloor heating , wifi, smart TV, Netflix, board games and a huge American fridge/freezer, rainy days are covered.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a spacious king and a twin, as well as a large family bathroom. Upstairs a further two bedrooms include the master king and a flexible twin / super-king, and a second bathroom with walk in shower. A fantastic, family friendly garden to the rear includes a decked area immediately outside the bi-fold doors, a large artificial lawn, built in BBQ, dining area and corner hot tub.

Within easy access of East Wittering and its shops, cafes and restaurants. There are some really great family friendly places which accommodate the need for early dining, as well as a butchers, bakery, delicatessen, green grocers, fishmongers and small local supermarkets for all your self-catering needs. In the other direction, well known Billy's on the Beach is a leisurely ten minute stroll. The house is also within a five minute walk of the local children's playground.

Fantastically located for National Trusts East Head and the beautiful West Wittering beach. East and West Wittering are great for wind surfing, kite surfing, sun seekers, walkers and families alike. Chichester is ten minutes’ drive with shops, cinema, bowling, lots of supermarkets and a beautiful city centre. Goodwood is just fifteen minutes away.

I am a mum of two gorgeous children, aged five and two, and live in Brighton with my husband Alex. A physiotherapist by background, I've taken a break since having my youngest and have spent the last year project managing the renovation of our beautiful holiday house in East Wittering.

Despite both growing up on the south coast, Alex and I discovered the Witterings just two years ago. We came for a short break before my daughter started school and fell in love. West Wittering beach is simply stunning and East Wittering has everything you need for a family holiday. We love to be outside - walking, running and exploring, but like to do so from the comfort of a lovely place to stay. The idea of the holiday house was born and we just ran with it .... we really hope you love it here as much as we do.
