Host Susan appreciates her guest contribution of returnable/refundable beverage containers which she collects for the Bright Side Animal Shelter of Redmond. They rescue and rehabilitate neglected and abandoned animals in Central Oregon. Thank you!

I purchased this great place in Redmond and created a beautiful studio apartment from a mid-century man cave. I designed it for the business traveler and the adventure seeking recreational visitor. Hosting has become so much fun for me I have created a second dwelling 0n-site~ The Crash Pad-~ designed to exclusively serve the solo traveler who values comfort, privacy , security and services over square footage.
Airbnb hosting has influenced my regular work as a licensed Real Estate Broker who specializes in land use laws and property development rights. My professional focus has shifted towards helping people who seek properties which naturally lend themselves to AirBnb style lodging development. I look forward to hosting my guests for many years to come.
Responding to COVID 19 Lodging Challenge~ I have decided to pivot my offerings and serve the specific lodging needs for Monthly Stays exclusively. Welcoming all essential workers, traveling professionals, Contractors, Students, Health conscious persons seeking suitable housing which meets their Live/Work needs.
My favorite thing about this property is its close in town Location. Adjacent to a city park and just one block to enter the incredible Dry Canyon Park & Trails system. An easy bike ride through the canyon to pop out in Redmond Old Town. I thoroughly enjoy the small town atmosphere of Redmond and its proximity to all the rich and rewarding experiences central Oregon has to offer.
