Beautiful home base for exploring the Hot Springs area in a private, gated community! Breathtaking views of the city, Lake Hamilton, & surrounding farms & countryside! View from deck, open floor plan with full wall of windows, & even from our private swimming pool. Close to Bathhouse Row with its' spas, restaurants, & many tourist attractions; Oaklawn Racing/Gaming; Magic Springs Adventure & 3 State Parks.

We stay here when it's not rented so lots of kitchen appliances and accessories are available for your use. There are also some canned goods, spices, etc. in the pantry as well, and a gas grill on the deck. Regular coffee pot with enough coffee and filters for a few pots. There are 3 TVs, a DVD player, Netflix and WiFi availability. There is laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. We ask that you leave a list on the chalkboard of anything that is used up so we know for future renters and ourselves. Thanks!

Sleeping arrangements for guests 7&8 are on a queen size blow-up mattress or the comfy fold out couch on the sunporch (which can be warm in the summer even though an air vent is in there, fan provided).

You're sure to love your own private pool during the warmer weather and a fire pit for those cooler evenings.

Also note that this house with its breathtaking view is on a mountain. The drive up is steep and winding in a few areas but totally and easily accessible.
Also, the short walk from the house to the pool is on an incline that can be difficult for people with mobility issues. We recommend driving those folks to the pool and parking on the lawn next to it.

And, please note, this is NOT a party venue...NO large gatherings permitted! You will be told to leave immediately with NO refund. Thank you!

UPDATE: As we have always done, all surfaces including throw pillows, tables, chairs, beds, blankets, kitchen, bathroom, etc are disinfected after each stay.

This is a private, gated, quiet, residential neighborhood...please be respectful of this. Quiet time after 10pm. No large gatherings permitted!

My husband, Todd, and I are so excited to have our home on Airbnb! It is such a wonderful and unique place and we just wanted to share it with others. The proximity to historic downtown, Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, and numerous lakes make it a perfect home base for your Hot Springs getaway!

We are hands-off hosts, meaning you will have complete privacy unless we're needed. We will be staying close by should any questions or concerns arise.

Todd and I enjoy boating and fishing, hunting, golfing, and visits to the track/casino, all which can be done here in the Hot Springs area which is why we've chosen to live/retire here. It's a great spot!
