This condo is more than a mountain condo in Dillon... it is a cozy, stylish, with easy access to many attractions. Recently completely remodeled with brand new everything and high end finishes. Hard woods, Stainless steel appliances, new bathroom, new sleeper couch and amazing king size bed.

AC/HEATING: Units in Dillon Valley are equipped with Baseboard Heating that is extremely efficient.
SUMMER: 99% of units in Summit County do not have A/C in the unit, none of the units in River Run has A/C. We have a ceiling fan in the living space and a portable fan in the bedroom. During the day in the hottest months can get quite warm but at night it is always about 55 degrees so it cools off quickly.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES: This property is located next to the highway I-70 (slight possible noise), giving you easy access to all the resorts and attractions of the area. 5 minutes away from the charming Lake Dillon. 10 to 35 minutes away from Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Loveland, Vail, Beaver Creek.

KITCHEN
The kitchen of this property is fully equipped with all the appliances you might need to cook, anything from a small breakfast to a Thanksgiving dinner! Amazing Island and quarts countertops makes it perfect to cook a cozy dinner.

BEDROOM
The bedroom is comfortable and perfect for relaxing on your vacation. The new King size bed will let you prepare for another long day on the mountain!

DINING AREA
By the windows, the dining area has a table that seats 6 people. Enjoy a home cooked meal or play a game with the group at the table.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a brand NEW Flat Screen 55 inch TV, multiple channels. There is a nice new sectional couch with 2 ottomans which transform into an oversized queen size sleeper. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. The balcony can be accessed through the living room with some mountain views.

BALCONY
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee looking at the Mountains. (due to the proximity to I-70, the balcony can get quite noisy).

SLEEPING: Sleeps 4 comfortably with queen size sectional sleeper in the living room. Best with two children, includes a King-Size bed in the bedroom, and sectional Queen-Size sofa sleeper in the living room. It can get tight with 4 adults but it depends on much luggage is brought :-). Sectional Couch Sleeper sheets and computers are provided in the Master Bedroom closet.

BATHROOM: Just off the living area, brand new everything, is the full bathroom that has a shower and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

CLEANING: Cleaning is a flat fee of when you depart. You can arrange additional cleanings for a nominal fee (24H notice required).

PARKING: Each unit will have 1 assigned uncovered spot in front of the building. Guests are required to comply and move the car during snow removals. Instructions are posted inside every building. Get in touch with us if you plan to have more than 1 car. Fines assessed for extra cars or failure to move vehicles during snow removal will be passed to the guests.

Hot Tub OPEN, Pool OPEN
-With COVID-19 restrictions, Pools, Hot Tubs, and any amenities are a bonus, they are subject to change and closure without any compensation.

-Free access to the Club House Pool and Hot Tub! Clubhouse located within a 2 minute drive or a 10 min walk.
-Possible slight noise from the adjacent I70 highway.
-1 Parking spot.
-NO early check-in or late check-out is available at this time. (Including no bag storage)
-NO-Smoking NO-Vaping unit including the balcony.
-NOT suitable for Pets or Parties.
-Owners will typically only accept bookings from seasoned Airbnb users with reviews.
-Guests maybe required to submit a picture of a Government Issued ID directly to the host via Airbnb message regardless if it was provided to Airbnb.
-Main Guest will be required to provide the name of each guest at the exceptions of children.
-Must be 25 or older to rent.
