A beautiful studio in Whitfield, attached to Pandanus House with its own entry, deck, large garden.
The Studio is connected to Pandanus House by a locked, internal door. I cannot guarantee 100% soundproof, this is reflected in the price.
Having said that, the Gardenia Studio is loved by those who have stayed as it is light and bright with a lovely view from the deck overlooking the garden.

The Gardenia Studio is a lovely Studio unit, close to Edge Hill with it's stylish restaurants and cafes, and the Botanical Gardens. Ten minutes drive from the airport.
This newly renovated property features off-street parking, flat screen TV, fan and air conditioning, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric fry pan and rice cooker.
Gardenia boasts a huge bathroom with walk-in shower, Queen size comfy bed and full linen service, with towels provided. I use organic laundry liquid, dish liquid and hand soap, dried on the sunlight.

Public transport:- Bus stop at the front door and 1 bicycles for use with helmet and pump.

From Cairns you can take off to the Reef, the Atherton Tablelands, Kuranda, north to Port Douglas and the Daintree, each area can be experienced in a day. Heaps to see on a limited time schedule. We have cool rivers and beautiful sandy beaches.

I have been renovating houses and units in country Queensland since 2006.
