Situation: on the outskirts of Saas Grund, in the district of Unter den Bodmen, above Saas Grund, below Saas-Fee, quiet, sunny position at the edge of the forest, by the stream. View from the apartment of the mountains, the garden, the valley, the forest, the countryside and the ski-run.

Surroundings of the house: grounds (shared use), park (shared use), garden (shared use), lawn (shared use, 200 m2), children's playground (shared use), barbecue (shared use), fireplace (shared use).

3. Covid Policy
We are offering free cancellations in case of lockdown in the domestic country and/or destination country.

If an official travel warning has been issued for your holiday destination you can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to the arrival date. Please contact us 14 days before your arrival date at the latest to accept our free of charge offer.
If an official travel warning is issued in the 14 days before the scheduled arrival, a cancellation free of charge will also be possible at short notice but only for these cases.
If quarantine requirements apply for your travel destination / your country of residence each booking will be looked at individually. Please contact us from 14 days to no later than 7 days prior to arrival if you do not want to travel.
For all other cases please refer to the Airbnb cancellation conditions.

4. Check-in information
28 days before check-in, you will receive your travel documents with information regarding your reservation, including the phone number of the key holder.
Please contact the key holder directly 7 days before arrival to confirm arrival time.
