Hamline-Midway gets its name from being halfway between the downtowns of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The neighborhood also contains Minnesota's first institution for higher learning, Hamline University. Famous Midway natives include Peanuts cartoonist Charles M. Schulz and the band Heiruspecs.

The neighborhood is largely residential, and home to active residents who proudly support the area’s schools and culture. Gardens and towering trees line neighborhood boulevards. It’s also home to many retailers whose presence makes this a vibrant, walkable community.

We are an adventurous couple who absolutely LOVE being hosts on Airbnb. We’ve met so many great people and shared some great experiences. It’s our goal for our guests to have a comfortable, exploratory, vibrant experience in our city!

Andy is originally from Saint Paul, MN and loves to read, write, play poker, and play volleyball. Aside from being an airbnb host, he works on rehabbing residential properties He is also fluent in spanish, which has come in handy during many travels to south America.

Rachael is from Green bay Wisconsin and met Andy shortly after graduating from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. An avid runner and hiker, she loves all things outdoors! Writing and advertising were her previous career ventures before becoming an airbnb host full time. She also loves any excuse to travel.
